Ozak 700EN1 Tripod turnstile install – In 2024, 315 Gym in Lancaster sought to enhance its security and member management by installing the Ozak 700 EN1 tripod turnstile. This electromechanical, bidirectional turnstile, crafted from brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, offers both fixed and drop-arm configurations. During power outages, it ensures free passage by allowing free rotation in both directions with fixed arms or lowering the horizontal arm in the drop-arm version.

The installation at 315 Gym aimed to control access effectively, integrating seamlessly with third-party access control systems via input/output with dry contacts. The turnstile’s status indicators and electronic board with display facilitate easy parameter configuration and operation monitoring. Additionally, optional modules for RS232, RS485, and TCP/IP connections were considered to enhance communication capabilities.

The Ozak 700EN1 tripod install integrated a GLA1 DDA gate to enable wheelchair and pushchair users access to the facilities.

Post-installation, 315 Gym reported improved security and efficient member flow management. The Ozak 700 EN1’s robust design and compatibility with existing systems contributed to a seamless integration, enhancing the overall member experience.
