All Right Now are very please now to offer our customers turnstile service contracts in addition to our fully comprehensive contracts with unlimited call outs. We have listened to the feedback from customers who have said that they want more variety in the types of contracts we can offer. The benefits of a service contract are as follows:
- MORE RELIABLE Significantly extend the life of your turnstile by up to 50%
- LESS DOWNTIME Reduce or even eliminate downtime due to parts failure
- REDUCE COSTS Reduce associated costs of turnstiles out of commission for e.g extra staff, less secure premises
- MAINTAIN WARRANTY Meet the manufacturers’ requirements for regular maintenance to maintain the warranty after the first year of operation
So, what does the service contract include?
- A single, competitive rate to service all turnstiles on site
- Reduce call out rates should anything go wrong in between service visits
- choose between annual or bi-annual or any level of frequency that suits your needs
Take a look at a sample contract here for your information. This shows a contract for 2 service visits per year to a fairly typical leisure facility with 2 x ITAB Triflos and 1 x ITAB Alphagate. The cost of this particular contract is £481.81 + VAT
We can service all models of ITAB, IDL and Automatic Systems Turnstiles as well as some Gunnebo models.
