ITAB Elite Ultra
The ITAB Elite Ultra offers completely free and unhindered exit in an emergency situation as well as enabling up to 25% more pedestrian throughput than traditional turnstiles. This stylish 2 or 3* arm version of the Elite turnstile is motorised for higher throughput and near silent operation (*3 arm does not allow for free passage in an emergency). Providing superlative indoor admission and entrance control, the Elite Ultra also features low energy consumption and a virtually maintenance-free mechanism.
It has been designed to reduce the number of barriers and readers traditionally required for environments that experience high volumes of pedestrian traffic, significantly reducing the overall space requirements, installation investment and ongoing operational costs.
This elegant turnstile combines sophistication with protection and enhances any corporate/front of house location where aesthetics are of great importance. A motor driven turnstile using sensors, synchronises the rotating arms to the speed of the person passing through. The drive is integrated into the main body, therefore allowing easy installation into new and existing buildings as there is no underfloor mechanism to install. The turnstile is controlled by a microprocessor housed in an internal control unit.
